In this series of classes we will focus on building your living sanctuary and making more space for your soul self and purpose. This class is open to those who have taken Beginners Growing Your Knowing, which included basic tools for intuitive meditation, and Still Growing (Chakra Abilities), an exploration of the soul abilities associated with the 7 major energy centers.

This 3rd series will be a deeper dive into the establishment of a daily practice using these tools and the establishment of the energetic self system as a sanctuary for your soul self/ spirit, fulfill more of your soul purpose, and have more space for your creativity and wisdom in the levels of mind/body and the various dimensions of your life experience.

After exploring the establishment of a daily practice, we will take a look at the nature of mental image pictures and the thoughts, feelings and reactions contained in them. How to work with mental image pictures to gain more mastery and neutrality as we shift from being the reactions to finding more space to respond to energy in mind and body. In the vein of building a living sanctuary we will work with how to maintain the aura and chakras so that these aspects of the self system can function most optimally.
