Twelve directors currently serve on the board, along with Executive Director Bridget Sperduto. Board directors serve one three-year term with the possibility of renewing for a second three-year term. Potential board directors can either express interest in joining or be nominated. The candidates are confirmed by The Well Board and final approval is given by the CSJ Ministry Board.
