The joys and the sorrows of our time invites us to find strength in community. Many people have told us that The Well has become their spiritual home. We believe that the time has come for The Well to start gathering regularly as an intentional spiritual community.

Come join us for monthly ritual and reflection in the tradition of The Well: welcoming to all; rooted in the reality that All is One; employing the lens of the Sacred Universe Story, scripture and other Earth-based traditions; engaging the heart and soul through ritual and deep sharing; committed to justice for all of Earth’s beings; and facilitated through shared leadership and lay participation. Come join us!

All sessions are Hybrid. Facilitators will be In-Person
Registrants will receive Zoom sign-in information via email
upon registration + a reminder the day before the program. Also, the Zoom information is written above.

Facilitators: Bridget Sperduto, Bob Kent, Susan Brownell

Bridget Sperduto, M.Ed., is Executive Director of The Well Spirituality Center in La Grange Park, Il. She is committed to cultivating and participating in the Christic field of inclusive, outpoured and communing love. Weaving storytelling, scripture, theological, and scientific concepts, Bridget invites adults and children into the profound presence and mystery of God around and within. Bridget is an associate of the Congregation of St. Joseph, a spiritual director, reiki master, educator and retreat facilitator.

Bob Kent retired several years ago as an attorney and entered seminary with the goal of becoming a minister. A recent graduate of the Living School at the Center for Action and Contemplation in New Mexico, he loves the Christian mystics and tries to bring a little bit of Richard Rohr to everything he does.

Susan Brownell, MTS, has studied liturgy formally and informally, lived in her tipi for two summers, and taught on a Reservation for 14 years. She sprinkles kindness like confetti, feeds her unhoused neighbors, and longs for liturgy from the Universe Story.

Does Prayer have a cost?

A study we recently conducted revealed that for every hour of program length, we can cover our costs (staff, insurance, rent, marketing, etc.) if a minimum of ten people attend and pay $25, and the facilitator donates their presentation (generally this is staff, a board member, or a CSJ Sister).

While we do not assign a charge to programs that involve prayer, they still have costs, per above.

We offer this information as an aid in discerning whether, and how much you will donate for your participation in the One Sacred Community series. Know that we are grateful for your participation, and that your generosity allows us to continue in our mission of unity.

Please give at a level that feels right. To donate, choose increments of $1 in the box marked “Qty” – for example, Qty of 15 = $15.
