This four-week workshop explores how the Ignatian Examen and the Enneagram can work together to foster spiritual growth and self-awareness. Participants will learn the basics of the Enneagram, identify their core type, and examine how their personality patterns influence their relationship with God, others, and themselves.
By using the Examen—a reflective prayer practice that invites gratitude, awareness, and discernment—you will gain deeper insight into your Enneagram type’s motivations, fears, and desires. This process helps uncover where you may feel spiritually stuck and how to move toward greater freedom and transformation.
Through guided reflection, discussion, and practical exercises, you’ll learn to use the Enneagram as a tool for personal and spiritual growth. Whether new to the Enneagram or already familiar with it, this workshop will provide valuable insights to help you navigate your journey with greater self-understanding and a deeper connection to God.
