Meet at SCARCE Reuse Center at 10 – 11:45 AM (CT)
Join us for an educational visit to SCARCE, an award-winning environmental education non-profit dedicated to creating sustainable communities. For over 30 years, SCARCE has been at the forefront of fostering a more sustainable future through innovative and hands-on education programs for schools and organizations. Their efforts extend to demonstrating care for people and our natural resources through their Reuse Center and engaging the broader public through community-wide events and programs.
Our visit will include a guided tour of SCARCE’s facilities, followed by a presentation on reducing plastic and how to encourage others, including family and friends, to do the same. This event is part of our Lenten Plastic Fast, a spiritual practice during Lent where we journey together, receiving weekly emails to inspire and guide us in reducing plastic use.
Discover how SCARCE is making a difference and find out how we can make an impact together.
Space is limited to 25 participants, so sign up today!
