The sessions will be as experiential as is possible on Zoom, allowing for contemplation, earth rituals, sharing, and input corresponding with the Joanna Macy Spiral which will take one of the four themes each week. “The experiential work follows a spiral sequence flowing through four stages beginning with gratitude, then, honoring our pain for the world, seeing with fresh eyes, and finally, going forth.” Expect some input on current trends in these changing times, reflection on Pope Francis’ Laudate Deum and learning inter-subjective partnering.

Facilitator: Margie Abbott, RSM

Margie is a Sister of Mercy based in Geelong, with qualifications in education, spirituality, theology, facilitation and psychodrama. She leads eco-spirituality retreats, is a Laudato Si animator, and facilitates groups nationally and internationally. Margie highly values inner independence, the contemplative stance and active hope for a healing world.
