During challenging times when despair threatens to swallow us, where do you turn for hope? In our usual way of looking, hope is tied to outcome. In her book Mystical Hope, Cynthia Bourgeault invites us into a “different kind of hope that has its source not in events but in the mercy of God, a lifeblood of compassion connecting our heart to God’s heart and the heart of all creation”. Join us for a deep dive into this small and impactful book. We will begin each session with meditation based on spiritual practices outlined at the end of Cynthia’s book, The Wisdom Jesus.
Format: In-Person or Zoom | The facilitator will be on Zoom.
Facilitator: Bridget Sperduto
