We are living through times of extreme turbulence. Can such times be sacred space, carrying the potential for transformation? How might we navigate the storms creatively and find the still centre at the ground of our being?

Join us for a transformative 4-day retreat exploring the profound impact and significance of change and transition in our lives, the world and in the evolution of life. Rooted in Celtic spirituality and modern reflections, each day invites contemplation on different aspects of transition: sacred spaces, personal growth, social evolution, and the shifting relationship with our planet. Through guided reflection, discussion, and personal contemplation, you will gain deeper insight into how to embrace change, navigate challenges, and discover new possibilities. This retreat offers a peaceful space to reflect, renew, and prepare for the future ahead.

Daily Themes:
Day 1: Sacred Spaces in Celtic Spirituality
Day 2: Personal Change and Transition
Day 3: Social and Global Change
Day 4: Cosmic and Planetary Change

Format: Overnight Stay, Commuter, or Zoom | The facilitator will be on Zoom
Overnight Stay: 3 overnights, 3 meals/day

Facilitator: Margaret Silf

Margaret Silf is passionate about making Christian spirituality accessible to people with no theological background. She is the author of a number of books for 21st century pilgrims who may or may not identify with institutional religion. She is especially interested in the power of story and the way stories shape our lives and attitudes, and in the universe story and our place in it and its challenge to us to evolve spiritually to a higher plane of what it means to be human.

Margaret lives in Scotland and has one adult daughter and two young grand-daughters. She holds a BA degree in English from London University and a Masters degree from Keele University. Formerly employed as a technical author in the IT industry, she left paid employment in 2000 to devote her time to writing and accompanying others on their spiritual journey, through retreats, workshops and days of reflection.
