Thanks to our donors, scholarships are available. We are deeply committed to inclusivity and encourage anyone to request a scholarship if it would support their participation.

The Well’s gift certificates for programs and retreats are a perfect gift for family and friends.

When registering, please be sure to use the email at which you wish to receive correspondence from The Well. After submitting your registration, you will receive an email within 3 business days.

If your registration email did not arrive within 3 business days, the most common reason for this is that it landed in your Spam, Junk, Other, or Promotions folders in your email, instead of your Inbox. Search those other folders and when you find it, move it into your Inbox. This will help future emails from The Well to arrive in your Inbox. For further assistance, please contact us.

If you registered for a virtual program, your registration email will include a Zoom link. You will also receive a reminder email with the Zoom link 24 hours prior to the start of the program. For program series, you will receive a reminder email with the Zoom link prior to the start of the first session.

Whether a program will be recorded or not will be specified in the program description. If the program is recorded, here’s what you can expect:

For Series: We will provide a single YouTube playlist link for the series via email, which will be updated with new recordings approximately 3 business days after each session. Please save this link for future reference.

For Single Programs: The recording will be available to registrants approximately 3 business days after the program via email.

The recordings are unlisted and available exclusively to registrants of the program; we kindly ask that you do not share the link.

Please note that our standard registration deadlines are as follows:

For programs or series, online registration closes 24 hours before the program starts.

For retreats/overnight stays, registration closes 1 week before the retreat.

However, specific programs may have different deadlines.

If you have any registration requests after these times, please email us and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

A non-refundable deposit is required for all registrations.

For programs or series, the non-refundable deposit is 100% of the program cost.

For all retreats, the non-refundable deposit amount is 25% of the total cost.

Full payment is due one month before the retreat/event start date.

Notice of cancellation received within 2-4 weeks of the start date will receive a refund (minus the deposit).

Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days from the date of your request.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations received less than 2 weeks before the start date. You are welcome to change your payment to a tax-deductible gift to The Well.
