Boundless Compassion Facilitators Training Workshop

This one-day workshop offers the opportunity to become a certified facilitator of the Boundless Compassion program. The training prepares participants to use their individual talents and experiences to incorporate the Boundless Compassion program into their sphere of influence and to share the content in a variety of ways.

Participants are required to attend a 4-day Boundless Compassion retreat in person before attending this workshop. (The Boundless Compassion Retreat just prior to the workshop is a qualifying program.) In addition, each interested workshop participant requests an application form from Sr. Roberta Bussan (bbussan@boundlesscompassion.org), completes it, and returns it for review by June 30, 2024, before being accepted into the training workshop.

This program is In Person, with Overnight and Commuter options.

Facilitator: Mary Dean Pfahler, SND
Sister of Notre Dame Mary Dean Pfahler delights in helping seekers savor the experience of Gracious Mystery in their lives. She completed the internship in Ignatian spirituality at Manresa Jesuit Retreat House in Bloomfield Hills MI and is a certified Boundless Compassion facilitator. A former educator in Ohio and Papua New Guinea, pastoral minister, retreat center director, and college campus mentor, she now finds joy in accompanying individuals and groups in spiritual direction, the Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius, and Boundless Compassion retreats.
