This nine-month retreat captures the essence of the Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius, inviting participants to prayer daily, meet with a spiritual director, and connect with others engaging in the retreat process. All are welcome to share in this ecumenical, interfaith spiritual formation opportunity focused on deepening our connection with God in our everyday lives. This retreat allows participants to experience the Exercises with an Ignatian-trained spiritual guide over the course of nine months. It is a wonderful way to intentionally grow closer to God, strengthen one’s prayer life, and enrich one’s spirit. Who is SEEL for? Anyone looking to deepen their spiritual life, relationship with God, or prayer practice.
