Transformational Breath® is a very powerful self-healing technique which helps open restricted breathing, releases negativity and opens us to a wonderful connection to life and joy again. Through the power of your own breath you will begin to renew the body at a cellular level, while freeing the mind and body of stress, anxiety, tension and more—bringing your whole being to a state of bliss. In these workshops you will receive information about Transformational Breath®, find out what your breathing pattern reveals about you and participate in a full breath session. Each session offers a different experience.
Kim Rager is certified in Transformational Breath® and has advanced training in several other healing modalities, holds a BA in Religion and is a certified Archetypal Consultant.
