If the hectic speed and endless preparations of the holiday season have left you drained, come join us for a morning of restoring balance. You will have a chance to pause, decompress, refill and reconnect with your spirit. Our morning together will include meditation, ritual, restorative yoga and the warmth of female camaraderie.
Wear comfortable clothing and feel free to bring your own yoga mat and blanket.
